2. Subject

This agreement Decrees the distance sales provisions between the parties in relation to the sale of the product or service specified below, which the Buyer has purchased or agreed to purchase from the Seller.

3. Order and Delivery

Recipient, www.luxessecret.com confirms the details of the order made from the website or other communication channels. The seller undertakes to deliver the products to the Buyer as soon as possible from the date of receipt of the order.

4. Pay

The buyer chooses the pay method when placing his order. After completing paying, the Seller begins processing for the preparation and delivery of the order.

5. Cancellation and Refund

The buyer cannot cancel and return the product without any justification after receiving the delivery of the purchased product. It is not possible to return or exchange the products in accordance with hygiene rules.

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in all kinds of disputes that will arise from the implementation of this agreement.
