Product return requests are made within the following criteria based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
 
Returns, cancellations and exchanges are not made for unpacked underwear products due to hygiene and health reasons. Underwear parts, singlets, panties, boxers, corsets, slips, snaps, body socks, tights and bras, nightwear and underwear sets; swimwear, hijab swimsuit and bikini type sea clothes, sauna tracksuits cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene conditions.

Paying paid orders with this payment option, our customers are deemed to have accepted that they will pay the round-trip shipping costs and the collected shipping costs in accordance with the Distance Sales Contract if they do not receive their orders.
