When Taking Delivery of your product

Please check if there are any damages or problems in the box of your product before signing the cargo report. If for any reason there is damage or deficiency, opening on the parcel tape, please return your box with a request to keep a record to the cargo officer without signing any documents related to delivery. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. If the products whose box is damaged and whose contents are claimed to be missing are received, we are not responsible for the damage or lack of the products inside. Please inform this situation in writing to our ** address as soon as possible or verbally to our phone number** , along with the contract number.
